Meet Shelley
Certified Electrologist & Skincare Expert
Shelley graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Fresno State, but decided to forgo working to stay home and raise her two children. After being forced to shelter in place during Covid, Shelley realized the importance of human contact and decided going back to school to study Esthetics and Hair Removal was a must!
​Shelley studied at the prestigious Monterey Bay Institute Electrology M.B.I.E. where she received her Electrology license. She felt fortunate to have the opportunity to study under the renowned electrologist and instructor Randa Thurman L.E. C.P.E.
Shelley received her aesthetics license in 2021. After graduating, she started working at a luxurious day spa in Fresno where she had the opportunity to put her new skills to work.

Shelley is a proud member of the Electrologists' Association of California and currently serves as the First Vice President. The association’s mission is to offer valuable resources and information to both its members and the public.
Founded in 1948, the association is now over 72 years old. Its core mission has always remained the same: to actively engage in the regulation of the electrology profession and provide a platform for practitioners to discuss important industry topics. Education stands as the central theme, benefiting both professionals and the general public.
As a member-driven organization, the association is also affiliated with the American Electrology Association (AEA), the largest electrology body in the world. With a strong and dedicated membership, the organization works to protect the public and offers a variety of educational opportunities to its members.
